Teen's invention could save lives

Alissa Chavez hated hearing stories of babies dying because their parents accidently left them in hot cars. So when she was in the 8th grade she began working on an invention that would sound an alarm if the carseat got too hot. Now she's going into her senior year of high school and she's finally ready to get her invention on the store shelves. Hear her full story on the Huffington Post.
