United Way of the Midlands along with Power in Changing and many other local organizations, created Parenting Teen Partnership to connect pregnant and expecting young people to resources in Richland County. With diverse community partners, Parenting Teen Partnership is able to provide a variety of services to both mother and father.
United Way of the Midlands works to determine and respond to the critical human service needs of the community. It develops partnerships with nonprofits, businesses, community leaders and individuals to educate them of the conditions in the areas they serve. United Way works to provide the programs and resources through its partner agencies to improve the quality of life in the Midlands counties.
