There are multiple programs across South Carolina that support healthy living for teens, pregnant teens, and young parents.
The Community Support for Young Parents program works specifically with young parents, who either have children or are currently pregnant, at a very pivotal time in their lives and the lives of their children. The program works to prepare young families for future success by encouraging young parents to stay in or finish school, delay the next pregnancy, learn parenting skills, and by connecting young families with community resources.
